La lectura de estos mensajes dura en el audio hasta el minuto 17:03, y luego hay comentarios.
Esta vez vemos los siguientes tres mensajes, que son de Juan, Helen Padgett y Flavio Josefo. Este último nos habla por ejemplo de algo muy básico sobre la asimetría profunda entre «sexos», masculino y femenino, a nivel álmico

Forma parte de un libro que es el segundo volumen de una recopilación concreta de los mensajes recibidos a principios del siglo XX por James E. Padgett de parte de varios desencarnados, entre otros, de Jesús de Nazaret.

Estoy aquí, Juan.
Esta noche sólo quiero decirte que debes prepararte para recibir pronto los mensajes que el Maestro y otros espíritus elevados desean escribir.
Que tus preparativos sean tales que puedas recibir esos mensajes sin decepcionar a nadie, pues cuando dices que los recibirás y surge algo que lo impide, los espíritus perciben que no tienes suficiente interés y se decepcionan.
Bueno, eso será satisfactorio y haremos lo necesario para cumplir con ese acuerdo.
Sé, sin embargo, que has estado en una cierta condición de amor y de alma durante los últimos días, y has constatado que el Padre ha estado cerca de ti, y has sido feliz. Así que continúa dirigiendo tus pensamientos hacia el Padre y Su Amor, y descubrirás que recibirás un Amor mayor y una gran felicidad.
Siento que tu fe está creciendo y que la vinculación entre todos nosotros está aumentando constantemente.
No tenía intención de escribir más esta noche, ya que todos esperaremos hasta el momento que has mencionado.
Bueno, ya te dije que ese Libro (Apocalipsis) fue escrito como una especie de alegoría, y que ahora no tiene ninguna utilidad práctica, y no se le debería prestar mucha atención. Además, no es como lo escribí, pues se han hecho muchas interpretaciones y adiciones. En cualquier caso, carece de importancia, y los hombres pierden mucho tiempo intentando resolver lo que llaman sus misterios.
Bueno, ‘Amán’ es un término general que significa primero o más elevado, y cuando se aplica al hombre significa la primera o más elevada creación. Tal como es aplicado a Jesús en el Apocalipsis, significa el hombre que recibió por primera vez el Amor Divino del Padre después de su reotorgamiento.
Volveré a ti en algún momento para explicarte este asunto con más detalle. Y sí, ellos (Amán y Amón) vinieron a ti y te dieron sus nombres, que eran los nombres con los que se les conocía tras su creación. Ambos fueron creados instantáneamente, y se convirtieron en almas vivientes en un instante; no crecieron a partir de un germen mediante el lento proceso de la evolución. Su relato de la caída es sustancialmente correcto, tal como he sabido por ellos y por el Maestro.
Los nombres Amán y Amón son correctos, y hace miles de años eran conocidos por los primeros habitantes de la tierra y sus descendientes.
La historia de su caída era, por supuesto, conocida por sus descendientes inmediatos, y se hizo conocida por sus descendientes más remotos durante algunas generaciones tras su muerte; aunque, con el tiempo, los nombres se olvidaron, pero no así la esencia de la historia de su caída, y en un tiempo hubo manuscritos que presentaban el relato de la caída, aunque desaparecieron mucho antes de la época de cualquiera de los escritos actuales. No obstante, la historia de la caída, con diversos cambios y enmiendas, se transmitió a lo largo de los siglos hasta que los escritores del Antiguo Testamento incorporaron esa tradición en el Libro del Génesis. Por supuesto, ‘Adán y Eva’ no existieron, y tampoco es cierta la historia de su caída. Es sólo simbólico, pues muestra que el hombre una vez ocupó un estado exaltado y feliz, y por su propia desobediencia cayó, y con su caída llegó a la condición del mal y del pecado.

Bueno, mi querido Ned, debes dejar de escribir por esta noche, ya que llevas mucho tiempo.
Me alegra mucho que ahora estés en una condición tan buena de fe y de amor, y que te sientas tan cercano a Dios y al Maestro. Es maravilloso cómo te quiere, se aferra a ti y trata de ayudarte e influir en ti para bien. A todos nos sorprende su amor por ti, y no parece impacientarse porque a veces parezca que no te importa si él te quiere o no. Pero así es su Gran Amor.
Oh, querido, debes quererlo más, acercarte más a él y confiar en él con todo tu corazón y mente, pues yo, tu Helen, te digo que él está contigo mucho y te ama más de lo que puedas concebir.
Él está intentando ayudarte espiritualmente y lo logrará.
Bueno, ella (Amón) era un espíritu hermoso y brillante, más que la mayoría de los espíritus que he visto de las esferas superiores. Habló conmigo un rato y me dijo que era la primera madre, y yo una de sus hijas. Tiene una maravillosa porción del Amor Divino, y me pareció tan grande y amorosa que me inclino a creerla. Pero no puedo contarte nada más sobre ella, ya que nunca la había visto antes. Aunque sí oí al Maestro decir que algún día te hablaría de ella y que podrías tener una gran sorpresa [treat] de parte de él.

Josefo – Creación de los primeros padres. Diferencia en sus cualidades, igualdad en su relación con Dios (3 junio 1916)
Estoy aquí, Josefo [Flavio Josefo].
Vengo esta noche a escribir unas líneas sobre un tema que podría interesarte, ya que he observado que has estado leyendo recientemente mi Historia de los Judíos, y hay algunos aspectos en ese libro que requieren corrección. No pretendo corregirlo todo, pero sí quiero decir algo sobre algunos de los temas de los que has estado leyendo.
Bien, notarás que intentaba hablar de la creación del mundo y del hombre, y que lo que dije se tomó del Antiguo Testamento, y que profundicé un poco en el contenido del Génesis.
Mi obra no se basó completamente en el Antiguo Testamento, pues durante mi vida terrenal había otros libros que trataban este tema y que merecían la misma credibilidad que el Antiguo Testamento; y de estos libros fue que obtuve mucha de la información contenida en mis escritos.
Pero, en cuanto a la verdad de lo que escribí, ahora descubro que no era la verdad en muchos aspectos, y no debería aceptarse como tal. La descripción de la creación del hombre no concuerda con los hechos, y la historia, tal como está relatada en el Antiguo Testamento, y por mí, no refleja la verdadera historia de dicha creación.
No tengo tiempo ahora para entrar en detalle y corregir los errores contenidos en estas descripciones, salvo que sí deseo decir algunas palabras sobre la creación del hombre y su caída.
Él no fue hecho del polvo de la tierra, sino de elementos existentes en el universo de un orden diferente al del mero polvo de la tierra; y fue creado así por Dios con el propósito de formar el mero cuerpo físico del hombre. Las dos personas, llamadas nuestros primeros padres, fueron creadas al mismo tiempo, y no una de la costilla de la otra. Por lo tanto, el hombre y la mujer son iguales en su dignidad y en la relación que mantienen con Dios, y uno es de la misma importancia a los ojos de Dios que la otra. Uno fue creado físicamente más fuerte que la otra, y también recibió una mentalidad más fuerte para el ejercicio de la capacidad de razonamiento y el funcionamiento de los órganos físicos del cuerpo. Y la otra, aunque más débil en estos aspectos, no obstante recibió una mayor naturaleza espiritual y emocional, además de una intuición mediante la cual podría comprender la existencia de las cosas con la misma precisión y más rápidamente que lo que el hombre podía mediante el ejercicio de su poder de razonamiento. El uno era igual a la otra en cuanto a los dones otorgados, y, juntos, formaban la pareja perfecta: hombre y mujer fueron creados, con diversas funciones y deberes que desempeñar dentro de los perfectos mecanismos del funcionamiento de las leyes de Dios.
El poder y el amor eran suyos, y ninguno fue hecho superior al otro, ni uno tendría por qué someterse al otro; y de no haber sido por su caída, nunca habría existido la sujeción de la mujer al hombre.
Cuando tuvo lugar la desobediencia y la consiguiente caída, las cualidades espirituales les fueron arrebatadas en gran medida, y las cualidades animales, como se las podría llamar, se impusieron. Entonces, el macho sintió su superioridad al poseer una mayor cantidad de estas cualidades animales. La hembra quedó subordinada y lo continuó estando desde entonces, pues el macho, al no tener estas cualidades espirituales en la misma medida que su compañera, e incapaz de constatar la mayor presencia de dichas cualidades en la hembra, creyó que lo físico era lo superior. Y como poseía lo físico en mayor grado que su compañera, determinó que él era el superior y, por lo tanto, afirmó esta superioridad. La hembra, al observar que esta superioridad física existía, se sometió al macho, y así continuó hasta ahora.
A medida que el hombre degeneró, se intensificó este dominio del macho, y en algunas partes de la tierra la hembra se convirtió, a los ojos del hombre dominante, en nada mejor que un animal inferior.
Esta degradación continuó hasta que el hombre llegó al punto más bajo de su degeneración, y cuando llegó el punto de inflexión, las cualidades de la mujer comenzaron a ser más reconocidas, aunque muy lentamente. Así, durante miles de años persistió esta desigualdad, y el hombre siguió siendo el amo.
A medida que el hombre evolucionó desde esta condición inferior, y las cualidades morales comenzaron a cobrar mayor importancia en su consciencia, y la naturaleza animal se volvió menos dominante, la condición de la mujer comenzó a mejorar, y a medida que la educación se integraba en la vida y las prácticas de los hombres, las oportunidades de la mujer se ampliaron, y se la reconoció cada vez más como alguien que se acercaba a la igualdad con su compañero. En algunos países del mundo se reconoció su igualdad, pero no en muchos.
Los judíos reconocían la igualdad de la mujer en todos los asuntos relacionados con el hogar o la vida doméstica, y continuaron con la distinción que existía anteriormente sólo en lo que respecta a los asuntos públicos y las cualidades intelectuales: ni siquiera ellos permitieron a las mujeres desarrollar sus facultades mentales, y se les enseñaba que esas eran cosas que le pertenecían al hombre, en cuanto a todos los asuntos relativos al estado o la religión de la raza.
La consecuencia de este curso de vida fue que la mujer desarrolló en mayor medida esas cualidades espirituales que eran las suyas, y su refinamiento, su naturaleza emocional y su principio amoroso superaron con creces a los del hombre, y en su alma se volvió más cercana a la imagen de lo Divino.
He observado que este progreso ha continuado con el paso de los años, y ahora, en algunas naciones de la tierra, se reconoce la igualdad de la mujer, a pesar de que las leyes de estos países no le permitan ejercer los derechos del hombre, ya que sólo es su igual en el hogar o en la vida social.
Pero llegará un tiempo en que será reconocida ─no sólo por el hombre individual, sino también por las leyes creadas por el hombre─, como su igual en todos los aspectos, y se hará evidente que será superior a él en los asuntos espirituales.
A medida que se acerca el momento en que el hombre va a regresar a su anterior estado de pureza y armonía con las leyes de Dios, las cualidades espirituales se afirmarán por sí mismas, y lo animal quedará subordinado, la mujer se presentará ante Dios y el hombre como la igual de este último, y, en dichas cualidades álmicas, superior a él; pues al comienzo, en ese aspecto, ella era superior a él; aunque esa superioridad sólo existía para que aquello que en dicho aspecto le faltaba al hombre, le fuera suplido por la mujer, y la pareja perfecta fuera una sola.
Puede que pienses que esto es una digresión con respecto a lo que inicialmente pretendía escribir, y así es, pero pensé que era la ocasión propicia para hablarle a la humanidad del futuro de las dos partes esenciales de la perfecta creación de Dios [the two integral parts of the perfect creation of God].
No escribiré más esta noche, pero volveré y escribiré en algún momento.

I AM HERE, John.
I merely want to say tonight that you must soon prepare to take messages which the Master and some other high spirits desire to write.
Let your arrangements be such that you can take those messages without any one being disappointed, for when you say that you will receive them and then something comes up to prevent, the spirits feel that you have not interest sufficient, and they are disappointed.
Well, that will be satisfactory and we will make our arrangements to comply with that understanding.
I know though that you have been in a condition of love and soul during the past few days, and have realized that the Father has been close to you, and you have been happy. So continue to turn your thoughts to the Father and His Love and you will find that there will come to you an increased Love and a great happiness.
I feel that your faith is growing and that the rapport between us all is steadily increasing.
I did not intend to write more tonight, as we will all wait until the time that you have named.
Well, I have already told you that that Book (Revelation) was written as a kind of allegory, and that now it is of no practical use, and should not be given much attention. Besides it is not as I wrote it for many interpretations and additions have been made. At any rate it is of no importance, and men lose much time in trying to solve what they call its mysteries.
Well, Aman is a general term which means first or highest, and when applied to man it means the first or highest creation. As it is applied in Revelation to Jesus it means the man who first received the Divine Love of the Father after its rebestowal.
I will come to you sometime and explain this matter more fully. Yes, they (Aman and Amon) came to you and gave you their names which were the names that they were called by after their creation. They were both created instantaneously and became living souls in a moment, and did not grow from a germ by the slow process of evolution. Their story of the fall is substantially correct as I have learned from them and from the Master.
The names Aman and Amon are correct, and were known thousands of years ago to the early inhabitants of the earth and who descended from them.
The story of their fall was, of course, known to their immediate descendants and became known for some generations after their deaths to their more remote descendants; but after awhile the names became forgotten, but the substance of the story of their fall did not, and there were at one time manuscripts showing the account of the fall, but they disappeared long before the time of any of the present writings, though the story of the fall with various changes and amendments came down the ages, until the writers of the Old Testament incorporated such tradition in the Book of Genesis. Of course, Adam and Eve did not exist, and neither is the story as to their fall, true. It is only symbolical in the way of showing that man once occupied an exalted and happy state, and by his own disobedience fell, and with his fall came the condition of evil and sin.

I AM HERE, Helen.
Well, my dear old Ned you must stop writing for tonight as you have written a long time.
I am so glad that you are now in such good condition of faith and love, and feel so close to God and so near to the Master. It certainly is wonderful how he loves you and clings to you and tries to help and influence you for good. We are all surprised at his love for you and he does not seem to grow impatient that you sometimes seem not to care whether he loves you or not. But such is his Great Love.
Oh, my dear, you must love him more and get closer to him and trust him with all your heart and mind, for I, your own Helen, tell you that he is with you very much and loves you more than you can possibly conceive to be true.
He is trying to help you spiritually and he will succeed.
Well she (Amon) was a beautiful and bright spirit, more so than most any of the spirits that I have seen from the higher spheres. She talked to me for a while and told me that she was the first mother, and that I was one of her children. She has a wonderful portion of the Divine Love and seemed so grand and loving to me that I am inclined to believe her. But I cannot tell you anything more about her as I never saw her before. But I heard the Master say that he would tell you sometime about her and you may get a great treat from him.

Josephus – Creation of the first parents. Difference in their qualities, equal in their relationship to God. (3 Jun 1916)
I AM HERE, Josephus.
I come tonight to write a few lines upon a subject in which you may be interested as I have observed that recently you have been reading my History of the Jews, and there are some things in that book which require correction. I don’t mean that I desire to correct the whole book, but I do want to say something on some of the subjects that you have been reading about.
Well, you will notice that I attempted to tell of the creation of the world and of man, and that what I said was taken from the Old Testament, and that I elaborated a little upon what is contained in Genesis.
My work was not taken entirely from the Old Testament for in my time on earth there were other books dealing with this subject that were entitled to just as much credence as was the Old Testament, and from these books I obtained much information that is contained in my writings.
But the truth of the things which I wrote, I find now to be not the truth in many particulars, and should not be accepted as such. The description of the creation of man is not in accordance with the facts, and the story as related in the Old Testament, and by me, is not the true story of the facts of such creation.
I have not the time now to enter in detail, into a correction of the errors contained in these descriptions, except that I wish to say a few words as to the creation of man and also his fall.
He was not made of the dust of the ground, but was made of the elements that existed in the universe of a different order from the mere dust of the ground, and was so created by God for the purpose of forming the mere physical body of man. The two persons called our first parents, were created at the same time, and not one out of the rib of the other. Therefore, the man and the woman are equal in their dignity, and in the relationship which they bear to God, and the one is of just as much importance in the sight of God as is the other. One was created stronger, physically, than the other, and also was given a stronger mentality, for the exercise of the reasoning powers, and the workings of the physical organs of the body. And the other, while weaker in these particulars, yet was given more of the spiritual and emotional nature and also, an intuition by which she could understand the existence of things just as accurately and more quickly than could the man by the exercise of his reasoning power. One was just as the other as respects the gifts bestowed, and together, they were the perfect pair – male and female were they created, with divers functions and duties to perform in the perfect workings of the laws of God.
Power and love were theirs, and neither was made the superior of the other, nor was the one to be subject to the other, and had it not been for their fall there never would have been the subjection of the female to the male.
When the disobedience took place and the consequent fall, the qualities of the spiritual were taken from them to a large extent, and the animal qualities, as they may be called, asserted themselves and then the male felt his superiority by reason of the fact that he possessed a greater amount of these animal qualities; and the female became subordinated and continued to be ever afterwards, for the male, not having these spiritual qualities to the extent that his mate possessed them, and not being able to realize the greater existence of these qualities in the female, believed that the physical was the superior, and as he possessed the physical to a larger degree than his companion, he determined that he was the superior, and therefore asserted this superiority, and the female observing that this physical superiority did exist, submitted herself unto the male and so continued until now.
As man degenerated, this domination of the male intensified, and in some parts of the earth the female became nothing better in the sight of the dominant man than one of the lower animals.
This degradation continued until man found the lowest place of his degeneracy, and when the turning point came the qualities of the woman came to be more recognized, but very slowly, and for many thousand years this inequality continued, and man remained the master.
As man evolved from this low condition and the moral qualities began to come more into his consciousness, and the animal nature became less dominant, the condition of the female commenced to improve, and as education came into the life and practices of men, woman’s opportunities became more extended, and she was more and more recognized as approaching the equal of her companion. In some countries of the earth her equality was recognized, but not in many.
The Jews recognized the equality of the woman in all matters pertaining to the home or the domestic life, and continued the distinction which had previously existed, only in respect to public affairs and the qualities of the mind – women were not permitted even by them to develop their mental faculties, and were taught that they were things that belonged to the male, in all matters pertaining to the state or religion of the race.
The consequence of this course of life, was that the woman developed the spiritual qualities which were hers to a larger extent, and her refinement and emotional nature and love principle exceeded those of the man to a great degree, and she became in her soul nearer the image of the Divine.
I have noticed that this progress has continued with the passing of the years, and now in some of the nations of earth the equality of the woman has become recognized, notwithstanding the fact that the laws of these countries did not permit her to exercise the rights of man, as she is his equal only in the home or in social life.
But a time will come when she will be recognized not only by the individual man but by the man-made laws as his equal in every particular, and the further fact will appear that she will be his superior in matters pertaining to the spiritual.
As the time approaches when man shall return to his former state of purity and harmony with the laws of God, the spiritual qualities will assert themselves and the animal will become subordinated, and woman will stand before God and man as the latter’s equal, and in these soul qualities, his superior; for in the beginning, in this particular, she was his superior; but that superiority existed only in order that what in this regard was lacking in man, was supplied by the woman, and the perfect pair was one.
You may think that this is a digression from what I first intended to write, and so it is, but I thought the occasion a proper one to tell mankind the future of the two integral parts of the perfect creation of God.
I will not write more tonight, but sometimes will come again and write.
